To reach this level you’ll need to have your self-assessment validated externally, and show what you have done as a Disability Confident Leader. These steps can be found in detail below.

There are two additional steps that organisations need to take in order to become a Disability Confident Leader.

Organisations will be asked to provide a short narrative to say what it is that you are and or will be doing to demonstrate your commitment as a Leader. As a Disability Confident Leader you will be encouraging other employers to make the journey to become Disability Confident. |
